We have Zhongshan Brite Day Coating Raw Materials Co., Ltd. ( previously Zhongshan Jingli United Adhesive Co., Ltd ) set up in 2010 for the production and R&D of polyurethane resins in ink applications to meet the growing market demand in the related fields. An area of 30 acres has been planned for factories under this company. The initial production capacity is 20,000 tons for the new factory which started its production in mid 2010 and marked the expected development for first phase in the factory project. However, the estimated total production capacity will be increased to 60,000 tons with the completion of all the later phases for the project.

With the layout of our new factory – decided based on our experience in production and R&D for the resins over the past years – coupled with the high standard in the design for safety, fire-fighting and environment protection, we are confident of safe production with greater energy saving and lower emission in our factory . For enhancing productivity and ensuring quality consistency, our production is rationalized with the use of reactors and let down tanks, operated with the aid of advanced automatic control systems.
